Eye pillows have been used for centuries for relaxation, meditation and yoga practice by relieving stress and reducing anxiety. By gently moulding to the contours of your face these 100% natural cotton acupressure eye pillows block out the light and help to reduce stress and anxiety whilst the pressure provided by the weight of Organic Flaxseed helps relieve tension within the muscles around the eyes. These eye pillows can be used as a hot compress to help ease aching muscles, or as a cold compress to help relieve inflammation.

This eye pillow is made up of one inner cotton bag, filled with your choice of filling and hand-sewn closed for a discrete and high quality finish, and one patterned outer cover. The inner bag can be removed from the outer cover to enable cleaning (See Instructions).

Instructions:

HEAT ME – Place the eye pillow on a warm radiator for a few seconds at a time. Alternatively heat the eye pillow in the microwave for 20 – 30 seconds (700W microwave) to aid yoga relaxation and meditation, sleep and tired eyes. Ensure the eye pillow is only microwaved from room temperature only.

COOL ME – Place the eye pillow in the freezer for up to 1 hour before use in an airtight container to create a soothing cold compress.

CLEAN ME – Hand-wash the eye pillow cover in cold water using a gentle washing detergent and fabric softener before allowing to air dry. The inner bag cannot be washed and should be spot cleaned only, if necessary, and allowed to air dry naturally.

Packaging and Postage:

The eye pillow will arrive in a recycled card wrap, with instructions for care and use printed on the reverse. Wrapped in tissue paper.
